Appraisal

Generally, an appraisal requires 8-10 hours to complete. It
might be more or less depending on the horse and the
specific situation. A general quote can be made based
on information given in a phone call.

$40.00 per hour plus travel time and mileage.

Microchip Implant

The rate for microchip implanting is based upon the number
of animals serviced at one time. The cost includes the
microchip, the implanting services, and registration with
HORSEtrac™. Travel time and mileage are additional.

1-9 $75 per animal
10-19 $70 per animal
20-29 $65 per animal
30 or more $60 per animal

Performance Potential Analysis

$100 flat rate plus travel time and mileage.

Additional Costs

Travel time: $25 per hour up to three (3) hours one way. It includes
the time to get to you and the time it takes to return. If travel time is
more than six hours both ways, a negotiated rate applies. If other transportation aside from a car is involved, and lodging is involved, the travel costs are prepaid.
Mileage : $.40 cents per mile. Mileage is charged when the distance
to the site is more than 25 miles one way.
Expert Witness: $100 per hour in court plus travel time and mileage
(4-hour minimum).

Payment

For a single horse, and travel distance less than 25 miles, payment is
due upon services rendered.
For multiple horses, and/or a travel distance greater than 25 miles,
a 50% deposit is required prior to the services rendered and the
balance is due upon completion of the services.

Tips

It is more cost effective to have more than one horse serviced at a time.
Discounts are available when more than one service is utilized at one time.
PPA flat rate is discounted to $75 when utilized with other services.
